Policy

Effective: September 5, 2026

FREAKBALL 5 uses only the information needed to run the game, save progress and let players recover an account they choose to link.

Information we process

Optional avatar photos

You can choose a supplied avatar, a photo shared by your sign-in provider, or an image you upload. We store a small copy on your game profile and cache it on your device. Uploaded images are cropped and re-encoded without their original metadata. Choosing a supplied avatar does not erase your saved photo; replacing your upload replaces that copy, and deleting your profile deletes its stored photos.

On iPhone, the browser transfers your chosen photo through Cloudflare using a temporary private code. The transfer is deleted when the game collects it. Uncollected transfers expire after five minutes and are removed by the next service cleanup. The browser does not access your full photo library.

Why we use it

To provide gameplay, matchmaking, account recovery, purchases and rewards, protect game integrity, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Game data is hosted on Oracle Cloud. Sign-in and short-lived login handshakes are processed by Cloudflare. Apple or Google processes information only when you choose that sign-in method. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

Retention and deletion

Unfinished sign-in handshakes expire after 15 minutes. Game profile data, including reports, bans and appeals, remains while the profile is active and is deleted with it. You can delete it from Settings → Privacy → Delete Profile, or follow the account deletion instructions.

Children

FREAKBALL 5 is not directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s data.
